Illuminators 19th and 20th century
The Iluminators are true artists in their own right for some. Often their initials appear on the back of enamelled pieces. We notice the appearance of the initials of the booster seat in the period of the 1930s from which a lack of knowledge of the previous ones but whose work was what made the success of the Earthenware factory. The work consists of highlighting the design by laying a second layer of enamel (essence or water) on the first one that will give a dimension and volume to the design of the room. The quality of the enhancement will make the same piece will be beautiful or not!
- BIANCHI Patrick (P.B.) né le 19 janvier 1951 à Mont-Saint-Martin. Entre aux faïenceries le 11 octobre 1965 jusqu'au 22 mars 1969.
- FUSS Robert (R.F.) entre aux faïenceries le 9 décembre 1946 jusqu'au 24 juin 1957.
- FINCO Nadia (N.F.) née le 17 février 1931. Entre aux faïenceries le 11 mars 1946 jusqu'à mai 1956.
- GABET Hélène (G.H.) Artiste du 20ème 1950-1960 connue pour ses pièces en Émaux.
- JASPART Suzanne (J.S) Artiste 20ème de 1951-1953 pièces rares en émaux mais de grande qualité et particularité pour cette artiste qui faisait son rehaussage.
- KIRCHTETTER Albert (A.K.) né le 13 juillet 1910 à Longlaville, décédé le 4 mars 1976. Entre aux faïenceries le 18 août 1929, interrompt son travail le 19 juin 1939, le reprend en 1942 jusqu'au 4 mars 1976.
NDLR : pour moi un des meilleurs rehausseurs si ce n'est le meilleur.
- MASSON Justin (J.M.) né le 3 avril 1882 à Bazailles, décédé le 29 octobre 1959. Entre aux faïenceries le 8 juillet 1895. Rehausse les pièces vers 1900 jusque 1956.
- MASSON André (A.M.) né le 11 février 1925 à Longwy. Entre aux faïenceries le 16
novembre 1942 jusqu'au 15 septembre 1946.
- MASSON Denise (D.M.) née le 19 mai 1929 à Longwy. Entre aux faïenceries le 1er juin 1946 jusqu'au 14 septembre 1953.
- NOEL Guy (N.G.) né le 20 juillet 1942 à Longwy. Rehausse de octobre 1959 à juillet 1964.
- THEIS Suzanne (S.T.) née le 22 décembre 1924. Entre aux faïenceries en 1939 et commence le rehaussage en 1945. Quitte la faïencerie en septembre 1952.
- VALENTI Léa (L.V.) née le 16 juin 1939. Entre aux faïenceries le 7 mars 1966 jusqu'à 19 décembre 1977.
